Go Up Go Down

?I found a small hole leading to a bigger one, and after a while I saw a brick wall and rubble covering steps leading down to the side. It was amazing. I couldnt believe it.?

After digging for five hours using a shovel and pitchfork Sam uncovered the metal door leading into the shelter. Yesterday there was still another five feet of earth to dig out before Sam could get inside. . . . .

Cool story, Sue.   Imagine how folks here in the US will react when they start uncovering fall-out shelters in their yards.  ( I know of at least one that the present home owner probably doesn't know is there--my Grand Dad's best friend had it built in his driveway, and I think it's been covered over with asphalt since then).

What a story.  Is the digging at an end?  I'm really interested in what was found.  On the edge of my seat!  Debra
