I am working with a bank buyer mandate that is planning to visit the Philippines before Christmas 2014.
This mandate will be visiting Luzon and the safer parts of Mindanao to track down unopened FRN's, FRB's and TOV's.
Other types of historical financial assets may also be considered. I want to hear from serious holders of such boxes that want to sell now.
Please don't waste my time with many agents. The mandate will not be wasting his time chasing boxes. He wants to know where the box is located so that he can view it himself, and start the inspection and redemption process quickly, efficiently and legally for all concerned. All boxes MUST be secure.

Well you are going to waste a lot of Money and get Screwed in the Process,
