Hello Everyone . The schematics posted above are only good for someone who has one of those machines needing repair , not for building , plus a few of the IC'S are now discontinued anyway .  If I were to decide to build a two-box it would be the Whites TM808 not the antique Gemini II . The  Whites design is much more frequency stable ........We have much better and newer schematics posted on this forum already . With more "MD Project" goodies to be posted later . If it is the same Sascho-bg that I know . He has not even started to post his Good schematics yet . He has designed some great metal Detectors over the years . So I am looking forward to seeing more of his posts here on this forum .......................Regards........Eugene

Weeeellllll, I did not want to build one, of the old ones, I just wanted to know the designer,s presumption of  how it worked, besides, stability can be fixed in a number of ways.  Shocked

Even so, I am /will be building a 2 box, as it would be good for logging relative conditions, over a large area, such as a claim. It can give an idea for locations to do further exploration with more particularly discerning machines, besides, it could be used with the   A**-**O, the answer to the NEMFIS. That is, if I can find $1800 to buy one, yikes.  Grin
