Welcome to the Forum Scott Jacobs !!  Thank-you for joining us and for posting on this subject . I see above only 2 out of 4 links work . Links do not last to long sometimes . So if I find the 2 lost pdf files about Washington State Gold panning laws I will post them in our Download Area where they will be safe as long as the Forum is Working !!
Then anyone interested can download them to their Home Computer .
I am in Washington for the time being so I am glad you posted right here  !!
I believe DB cooper did not survive his Parachute Jump that night , they did recover some of the bills in the river .
If you read all the stories from years ago how could he survive the jump from that Boeing jet at that altitude and extreme cold weather . I think he never got his chute to open .
