On another note, I would make a note of where you found this. (Bottles, etc)
This could be from the turn of the century, and I have found a few of these in VERY productive late 1800s trash pits....

Processed meat bones, Oyster and other shellfish shells usually mean a restaurant, tavern or hotel scrap pit or dump site.
