some sort of scottish thissel,some thing of a bagpipers kilt,its 100% the scottish thissel,the national flower of scotland

Check it carefully for hallmarks. They are rather small so you might need to use a loupe. There s/b three or four depending on the age. If it is hallmarked then it is definitely sterling silver and it can be dated to the year it was made. Scottish silver is collectible. Otherwise it might be pewter or white metal, something brought back as a souvenir from Scotland.
