Hi i found this and cleaned it up. It looks like some type of compacter plunger type thing, i have no idea what it is and would like some peoples thoughts. Thanks. Lee

 Shocked Its deffo not a 20th centry bike pump lol if it is its very tiny!! I think that seldom could be right not sure how the needle would connect tho here a pic of front and somthing to show the size. Thanks all. Lee

After looking again and thinking about it the plunger type bit does have a bit where a rubber seal would of gone so a syringe it is i guess. Thanks for your help.  Smiley    Lee

Looks a little like a grease gun that we use at work.... also small, place on grease nipple and pump it a couple of times to feed grease. At the end of the shaft, it does look like the little fitting that is used on these grease pumps. Does the shaft have a hole right through it?
