Looks like the shoe off a doll my daughter had when she was little. It had metal shoes and a leather handbag. don't remember too much about it. Too many years!   Wise

It could be. Not much info online, but a few sites offer vintage dolls made by Redbox

Thanks BA and WB. Based on your ideas, I found what it is  Great

As seen in the pics below and in the link, it is a diecast foot weight that came with deep sea action figures like GI Joe and others. The weights would allow the plastic figures to sink in a tub. I wish I found the whole action figure  Grin

Hey! I remember those!  Idea  The kids in the neiborhood Used to drive me nuts wanting a bucket of water!  Bang Head My memory is getting worse. Must be OLDTIMERS desease! Grin Grin Grin
