Eyeballed this thing semi-buried in a schoolyard. Made in Hong Kong by Redbox. Any ideas?

If it wasn't metal, I'd say it was a doll's shoe......but that's a stab in the dark based on size and shape.

Looks like the shoe off a doll my daughter had when she was little. It had metal shoes and a leather handbag. don't remember too much about it. Too many years! Wise

It could be. Not much info online, but a few sites offer vintage dolls made by Redbox

As seen in the pics below and in the link, it is a diecast foot weight that came with deep sea action figures like GI Joe and others. The weights would allow the plastic figures to sink in a tub. I wish I found the whole action figure Grin
