Go Up Go Down

I have been interested in metal detecting for a while and just recently i saw someone put up for sale a mint Coinmaster 6 DB with carrying case and everything as well as the a larger disc for it. I like it because the case makes it easy to bring around in case i ever need to travel with it and I also like the fact that it can go in the water if need be. The guy is selling the whole set up for $150 + 75$ for the larger disc but i think i can get 150 for everything how does this sound? Also i will be using this md mostly for beachcombing and relic hunting when i travel to Europe.

All the best,
Stefan

Welcome from NM.

That's a older machine for sure.

Battery Muncher!

Heavy!

The 6 DB is NOT water Proof.     Only the Coil can be submerged.

For a few more dollars you can have a ACE 250 for the likes.

The problem with the ace 250 is that to get all the stuff im getting with the coinmaster id have to invest way more money then i can afford, and from what i understand this machine was pretty decent in its day, I would be paying too much to get at that price would i?

All the best,
Stefan

Thats the thing its day is long gone. For a back up or a collector idem worth 75 bucks MAX in my opinion. Like Homie said it eats battery's. The large coil is of little use on the beach plus the CM 6 operates poorly around salt water.
