Yam Thrs,

Finally there is an independent film dedicated for us yamashita treasure hunters. This YTH film is different from other Yam or Golden Budha treasure film, unique ang ending. Am their TH adviser, the director Ana Agabin ask the help of all philippine treasure huntes to watch these film on CCP?Its 100 pesos only for adults and 50 pesos for students?.INVITE YOUR YTH FRIENDS TO WATCH AND SUPPORT OUR OWN YAM TREAS FILM?.

24K is a Finalist in the full length feature category of the Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival and Competition 2009. The Cinemalaya Festival opens on July 17, 2009 at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) Roxas Boulevard, Manila.

Find out what being a ?certified treasure hunter? is all about. Julio Diaz plays a middle-class treasure hunter who has been digging for Japanese treasure for years. He and his companions are in the final stage of their current site in the mountains of Suyo, Ilocos Sur, an area reputed as a Japanese stronghold during World War II. All the signs at their site indicate that they are certain to find treasure.

I know the story line. Julio and his buddies spend thousands of dollars and months digging down over 100 feet and find nothing!  Cry

I always wondered what a ,, certified treasure hunter ,, was ! Now I know , dig 100ft down and you are certified .  Undecided  Cornelius

im also wondering if our metro-aides can be considered as "treasure hunters"
coz they do find "old coins" everyday...and for a record,they were not using a coin detector hehe!
