Looks nice, very like a neolithic axe (new stone age.... polished), here, they are made of jade, which is super tough stuff and usually they were used as an adze for boat building (from tree trunks, of course.)
The jade adzes were a trade item, from the Pacific coast. One was found in my area, 400 miles from the coast, and was probably placed in a tree burial. The black stone, if neolithic, could be thousands of years old, like some of the stuff we have seen on the forum, recently.
Not exactly treasure, but neat.
