After a 2brew analysis

Only a "2 brew analysis?"  Considering it is a rock I would have thought you would  have used the "Hard Brew" analysis!!

It is my professional Opinion, That is a Natural Rock.  Not a Treasure Sign. Not Man Made.  Just a Natural occurrence of weathering and Erosion.
Now you have been told How many times it is not a Sign.   How many more times are you going to ask?

In order to form a Raised Circle like that they would have had to remove a lump of material from the face of the rock.   Why would anyone do that?

Look Close to the edges of the Donut.  Do you see any evidence to tool marks of any kind?

If it is cut into the Rock, again do you see any tool marks?

If it is man made, My guess is it was used to Grind Grain at one time.  Being on the Vertical, I don't think that was the case.

Mother Nature has come up with some crazy rock formations.  I've seen bed rock with Natural holes drilled 10 ft into Granit by swirling water.

So, Your so Animate about this being a Treasure Mark.   Why?   Who would do it?   The Japanese would not have left a mark like that.  Do you Really think they had the time to carve a rock like that?  Why would they leave a mark to show others where the goodies are?

Come on.   Get Real.

Actually it looks like dike or is it dyke or simply volcanic rock,  these rock can have the most fascinating shaps in them because of the air that was trapped within, add some erosion and voila great looking circles

I would like to throw my 2 cents (or 2 brew opinion) Beer Chug in as well. Living in Arizona, and considering our volcanic past, my guess is that it is an eroded volcanic bomb. (Don't worry it won't explode)  Cheesy I have found several while prospecting, and some are big as a VW bus. All of them had gas holes and raised or depressed areas that with a little imagination could be anything that you wanted to see. Kind of like cloud pictures or, oh yes, treasure symbols.

A bad day at gold prospecting or metal detecting is better than a good day at work.

Im thinking it looks like it could be man made, looks like there maybe some  mark inside of the circle but very hard to tell from the photo.
If by chance it is a treasure marker there maybe other such markings around !?
Or its Natural formation, Conclusion its inconclusive  Cool
