very simple ! why asking those things here? did you read the markings on federal reserved box? that's u.s.a. ! then do simple idea ! grab your phone dial the u.s. treasury then verify those box to them ! if they told you to go in u.s.a. for assay then don't waste your time! grab a visa,passport,etc
