Go Up Go Down

Hi to all!

I am an employee as well as a start-up businessman. An acquintance asked me if I want to operate (and finish what he started) a site down south of the Philippines. He is already approximately 58 feet down. There were so many markers along the way. mostly concrete sea shells. the latest of which are three (3) separate concrete slabs formed triangularly. on top of each are 1 shell (almost the size of an american football), 2 shells and 3 shells respectively.

Can anyone here help me what  a concrete shell means and the triangular positioning of the three sites are? Also, i don't know if I can carry the cost and the perils of recovery. Can anyone here give me an idea on how to minimize cost and dangers?

Thanks.

Hello,

do you really think that anybody ever has hidden anything at almost 60 feet of depth? Also why would one want to burry ONLY markers at this depth? Markes are to be found on the surface.

I have never heared of any treasure nor marker being buried at this depth.

If I were you I would avoid this project.

Regards,

Christian

take the money you were going to invest and instead have a HUGE party, that way at least you'll have some great memories and not a big gaping hole in your pocket

Thank you very much Christian for your concern. You may be right.

But I would still reserve my decision until I get some more answers to my query. What makes me want to investigate still is the credibility and integrity of this person. He comes from a well-to-do and influential family. He just wants me in (maybe because I am the best friend of his bestfriend who is rich as well or maybe because he knows I have direct buyers). I just felt I had to contribute maybe a little as well aside from just being a buyer's mandate. I would also like to share to him some inputs about this kind of recovery.

By the way, he used scanners he bought abroad hand-carried by one of the popular persons in government . One registered below 300 ohms (what does this indicate?).

Don't let pigeon replace dove. You asked how to minimize costs and dangers - just politely say No Thanks.

Bros,

You were all right. It just doesn't make any sense.....the depth......and the length of time he has been working on it. I just politely said no.  Smiley. Goodluck to him.

Anyways, TH really interests me. Can anyone tell me what combination of detectors can accurately locate gold? I prefer an equipment that differentiates gold from ferrous ordinary metals and one that which tells the depth the subject is.

Cheers.

Hello Psalms,

your best bet is a large coil PI machine like the Pulse Star II, Lorenzt Deepmax X3 or similar one. This will detect metal items up to 4 m depth, depending on their size and will tell you whetere it is an iron or non iron object. I think most treasure / cahce isn't buried any depper than 1.5 m max.

Best wishes,

Christian
