Cowjoe,

Yes we made it soon, the purpose of this topic is to consolidate the data of our local TH ( I wished to all will cooperate ) and soon we can recommend in every newbie what is better to used in our project.

Elizabeth Villa,

Yes you can make detection in vertically way as long as your coil maintain the distance of 1 ~ 10 inch parallel to the wall. Near the location of my site many recovery  made by Japs ( with map use ) with local people on the wall and very easy to get becoz it is 2 ~ 6 ft. only. If you want to by a MD is suggest for great depth detection are:

      1st. Discovery TF900 ($559.95)
      2nd. Fisher Gemini III ($639)
      3rd. White TM808 ($799.95)

But still the detector need the expertise of the user before we can say that detector is good or useless. You need practice and simulation to test the sample gold or silver of yours in a vacant area before you can go to your target wall or site.

elizabeth... yes i use lorenz, it has different coils. the 1x1 for scanning and the 35mm double d-coil for pinpointing. you can use the double d-coil any angle, vertical, horizontal, in any direction along or parallel to the uneven ground.

yung discovery, fisher saka white brands ng detector na nabanggit, pwede lang yan pangpinpoint pag malapit na sa object. pero panghanap sa ibabaw, i doubt kung makakalalim yan.

Elizabeth Villa,

If you bring here the machine you need to pay the tarrif 7% plus the vat 12% of the total price of item, when the packing is in original box then the custom will notice that is new, then he can get the invoice of your purchace (item need indicated a geophysical device) or if you have connection to the official of custom maybe you can address to it and no need to pay.

But you have option to unpack the unit, fold the box (if want the box is also bring here) and dis-assemble the unit put into your bag/s or box/s with personal things. So the custom have a little chance to detect it. Another one is send to Balikbayan Box put inside also with personal things dont forget to remove into the origal box and fold also and coordinate with authorized Balikayan Box agency near to your address.

Elizabet Villa,

Cap Miwa say is correct, my suggetion MD is for pin-point the treasure only, if you have a positive site, becoz the MD I say is good for 2 m depth only with a good price. But if you can afford the expensive one with a great detection depth much better, you can use it even on searching the entrance of treasure.

Cap Miwa,

Please indicate your machine data here. Kung okey lang if hindi no problem okey din lang. Mabuhay tayong mga Phil. TH

Hi Cap Miwa...yup I also did a research on the Lorenz..pretty expensive though..about $40,000...maybe when we hit the mark...Before I left the PI, this was what i planned on buying...but in the meantime, i could probably use Vourvon's recommendation...thanks anyway for all the help you gave me...appreciate it much...you still haven't told me your real name...maybe i know a relative of yours? hehe!!

Thanks Vourvon. There's a lot of amateur TH like me waiting for this data so we can "maximize" the value of our "little'' money in choosing partners who have the APPROPRIATE gadget to use. Again thank you in advance.
