Tama ka Bro kailangan magkaroon ng umbrella organization. THAPI has been arround ever since pero hindi ito naging umbrella organization although they are recognized by some RP Government agencies where they have members but they never have all the time TH license.
What should be done is to organized an umbrella organization which will secure a lisence mandated by the Government to monitor all THunter in the Philippines and provide guidance, logistics and monetary assistance for big or small Pinoy Thunters but not to foriegner operated Treasure Hunting unless they have RP SEC lisence and pay dues to the umbrella organization as liability and security for their workers. Also that our land, other treasures underneath and mineral resources are protected. There should be treasure rights like the mineral rights under your own property both sea and land.
We should take this to the Philippine Congress because Yamashita Treasure Hunting is affecting a lot of poor and middle class of the RP society and to prevent scams, military and government intervention to ensure that all operators and THunters are protected under the commerce act and must be included in the Labor Law.
I know a lot will react that the TH operators will exposed us to the Government but this is the only way to stop them confiscating and taking over sites and intimidating small Thunters. If greed will breed on both sides, there will only be lost of life, money and only the military and high government officials will be the winner. If the playing feild is equal to both sides and pay due taxes and shares then every body will benefit.
My point is if you found or know there is Treasure in your property nobody can take it away from you, trespassers will be prosecuted, and your rights is protected as owner. So mawawala na and takot natin sa gobyerno or sa militar.
How can you be protected? The umbrella organization will certify and give you a treasure rights like the mineral rights registered under RP SEC and the Beaureu of Lands, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries or Marine which ever your property is located.
Bro bring this proposal to your group officers and other TH Org. we will together draft a Law and submit it to Congress mag kakaroon tayo ng representation or a Treasure Hunter Party like the other Political Parties or Union represented during election. But we will not Politicize our Organization we just wanted a representation and voice in the Government.
