Google saiyaysa balls and all the links lead back to Thunting its a scam that was started here and has became an urban legend in the Philippines. No pictures no documentation zero proof that the things were ever made.
Your friend with 4 balls needs to see a doctor and get some ointment. Don't try to sell them here.

sayaysa ball is from mindanao and manufactured in mindanao by organized yamashita scam group they are armed. luzon and visayas were only their branches.
