no, we can't identify grease or tar, unless there is a confirmation/result from laboratory test. we know its better to use scientific ideas in th.

boy scout.
using scientific ideas in th nearly perfect, than expectation. you can send all your finds to laboratory to identify those things. but we have to pay the laboratory result..its commonsense..
