There are many kinds of booby traps. How big it is doesn't really matter as a small one can be as deadly as a large one. Some people come across unexploded bombs or other kinds of munitions left over from wars, and they think those munitions are booby traps guarding a treasure. Most of the time it's best to report it and let the bomb squad take care of the disposal.
