| I worked aborist/tree service for years, If you know you have made contact with poison ivy or poison oak, you can dowse yourself with rubbing alcohol immediately and let it dry,it will pretty much take care of it. The more you are around it, the more likely you are to have a worse reaction. If you have it in the backyard, (with gloves)you can cut it about waist high, and stick the root end an a can of diesel or oil, and it will rub out the entire root system. | |

When I got to looking around, I found a lot of very large vines running up into the tree tops where my spray stream wouldn't reach. That's when I got out the nippers and chainsaw. My place is now PI free. I see you are a moderator. My last post was my 7th, but I noticed my post counter has been reset to "0". Any idea what's going on with that? gyrogear | |
