Everyone seems to be out enjoying the gorgeous weather.

From the bureau of Met
There's definitely strong winds associated with the system," senior forecaster Keris Arndt said.
"It's moving towards us. That kind of wind is known to bring trees down."
The severe weather warning has been issued across Victoria, with wind expected to reach 95km/h in the city.
Temperatures in Melbourne are not expected to get above 13 degrees Celsius until Tuesday, while similar conditions are predicted for Hobart and Adelaide.
The South Australian capital on Thursday shivered through its coldest day in four years, reaching only 12.6C.

Opposite weather here. 115°F to 120°F. Bee honeycombs are melting.

A bad day at gold prospecting or metal detecting is better than a good day at work.

Hey Arfie, I'm here. Reporting from the western frontiers. Out in the desert toasting marshmallows in the hot sun. Chocolate never made it this far. It evaporated. No S'mores tonite, but having roasted hot dogs instead. I keep the detector in the freezer at night to protect it from the heat. No gold or jewelry yet, just a few hundred clad and zinc coins.

Good to know we're not all asleep at the same time!  Mid 80'sF here in Northeastern Oregon today.  Not bad at all...   but I didn't get out with the detector today.  Sorry to hear about the chocolate.  You should have put it in a cup on the way home!

Bottle up some of that climate and save it. You might need it if you decide to come to arizona. While you are at it, bottle up some for me. I can use it. Lol Devil

You don't need to explain Arfie, I was wondering too. That sure was a bad freak accident.  I told him to put up an out to lunch sign till he was better. I am going to post my finds   for today in a couple of hours. Stay tuned.
