A bad day at gold prospecting or metal detecting is better than a good day at work.

Who remembers these? Came across them cleaning in the shop. I ordered mine 2'x3' and was going to put them on my postal jeep I chopped the top on and us it to go detecting with a few years back, but someone wanted the jeep more than me. So I installed one on the shop window.

That's a great old Jeep Bill, I had a 67 CJ-5 with a falcon 200ci straight six in it, and it was fast too fast for the road, that thing was unstoppable,

I drove a factory built right-hand-drive Jeep Cherokee for the last ten years on my mail route.  I developed the technique of when getting ready to pass I would pull way over to the right hand shoulder.  I could always see way down the road.  If nothing was coming I would pass like the Devil was on my butt!  Devil

Yes that jeep ran great. 4 cyl. power glide trans. I had a keg for a fuel tank. Someone wanted it more than I did. It was right hand drive. Only drove it around the yard as it had no breaks yet. I did finish the top. Chopped it 4 inchs. The guy that bought it was going to have the glass cut. Things here are good. Glad to see all your posts. Lets me know your all still around. Glad your getting better home's.
