They real nice tho, but with the  Bounty Hunter buyout of Fisher, you'd probably be lucky to get a warranty(I'm predjudiced cause i never had a good BH) some people have=not ol' Boog, used bunch o different Fishers for #of years and they were OK then, now=don't know nothin bout em :Smiley

This is the best small nugget detector made - bar none. You have to sacrifice a little depth to find the small ones. I know you won't believe me but I've picked up small pieces 1/10th the size of a pinhead. You really have to concentrate just to hear the rise in threshold. Grin

A perfect gold prospectors set up would be a Minelab GPX4000 and the Gold Bug 2 with a      6 1/2" coil.

im grateful for your thoughts...but those crumbs would take forever to add up..
i want to be beepin on a practically whole new plateau w/x4k..
3 feet down that puppy goes..down where you can rest assured nobody else has plundered.

that bugs high freq. turns me on..but to get those little crumbs doesnt.

i want chunks..something that when i set it down in the back of my quad..the shocks drop a couple inches

For deep gold a PI detector is the machine to use. Take your pick they all work well. If you find a patch of wee bitty gold and want to take a break from digging lunkers then set up drywasher or highbanker.
