Hate to tell you but Diamonds are worthless after the first purchase.  LOL!

Try selling a used diamond.  Good luck.

Diamonds are a False Economy.

The De Beers group keep the diamond market inflated at the retail end, but as Homefire said a preowned  or used diamond bring very low prices. I saw a 1.1 carat one sell for less then 500 bucks a few weeks back. Yours being less then a carat is of little value in the world market.

Where did you find those ? I would like to get in on some "worthless" 3/4 carat sparklers. I keep telling the wife I'm going to find her a diamond but so far nothing but glass. gambol.

Hey, Boyet!

This is my first post on the site.  I just purchased a White's DFX-300 and am just starting out.  I don't know what the 0.75 carat diamond is worth on the world or used market, I guess it is worth as much as you can get for it from someone who has a use for it (gift, personal possession, whatever).  Let me know if you think about selling it and how much you would have to get to sell it.

Thanks!

Hi Boyet,

Yes you should get something for them provided they are in good condition.

I idea of second hand puzzles me as there is very little that can affect them they should technically be as good as the day they were cut. After all they were probably 6th or 7th ++++ hand when they were sold retail. I also know there is an ever increasing growth in the Estate Jewellery market so you should do ok provided you find the right market to sell them in.

Good luck.  Great

What me mean by second hand is the piece  is no longer controlled by the DE Beers who control 90% of the worlds diamonds from mine to jewelery manufactures that why the prices stay so high on stones. The only diamonds that hold their value are the 1+ carat stones. You can buy .1 to .25 carat stones wholesale for a buck or 2 a point
Plus you can't even tell by the picture if its even a diamond could be a CZ.
