I am going to try and get out tomorrow but with the temperature only going to be in the teens and that's not counting the wind chill I don't know long I will be out.

Hey guys, sorry I haven't responded back until now, but I have been deeply involved with trying to register for Spring semester classes at NMSU. Thank to all for the responses and, I too would like to know how the results of your test run go, Rich. I'm just curios as to whether this detector being from Garrett and 15khz, would work as well for gold as the groundhog, or gold scorpion. If so, this would be an extremely good buy.

I do not know if the AT Pro has that Groundhog circuit. I think we should defer to GoldDigger1950. Hey, keep your nose in those books.

From all that Garrett is saying it will do well on gold. Have you been to youtube to see the vids from Garrett on this machine? If not, go check it out.

, its - 1 to -3 here in the day and if theres a wind chill !. Mid teens, i dont know !!
I will be out on wednesday morning first light, and hopefully the beach wont be to built up in shingle and stones.
If so i will be lucky to find ringpulls or should i say unlucky?

I got a new Garrett AT-Pro a week ago and still have not used it. It is 32 degrees in centrial Florida and the wind is blowing. Not used to this.
