Apparently not. Over here they are listed as being inside of other hardware stores so apparently they just have shelves of such in the other stores.

Why go from grass to nylon? I like strength and reliability and over building things....

Did they use nylon to save weight?

Nylon is not metal and the brass in the coil area can change the coil efficiency.

Oh, I didn't know that a little bolt that high up the stem would effect anything....
Now, in the diving setup, I could see it being an issue.

I went out today, but the waves were awful......I made some youtube videos that are loading up...it'll be a while till they are finished, I'm using a friend's awful DSL connection.

Can you believe DSL still exists??

My coil is mounted with one. That's the one I'm thinking of replacing.
