Most likely it's the size or total size. You can only post files that total under 1mbyte per post. Should you need to do more, don't just use the modify button. Use the quote and delete your own quote. That way you will have the ability to add another 1mbyte for that post.

Thanks for the advice GD, it's an odd issue. I created the pdfs all the same way, even downsized the files to under 500kb, since the small print says thats the max now. Is that a new change?

When I try to post them they don't show up in the selectable window at all. First I thought it was just here but when I tried to mail them I met the same result. Yet I can open them and all is well on this end. Angry

That would be the problem, I can't seem to attach those files at all to anything Grin

I created the pdfs using the capture box and make pdf from clipboard using acrobat 9 same as the ones I posted.

As far as I can tell they weren't any different. I even tried backward compatability. I was working at 1am which may have been a factor somehow but most the files were ok and 2 not. It's probably something silly but so far it eludes me. I even tried remaking them whole and in part with no change in effect. Perhaps John and Patricia are behind this, keeping the clues from surfacing to protect the lost loot forevah! Grin

I'll try again as soon as I get a chance.

ok partial headspace and timing and partly my pc doing something wierd.

I was using a usb drive for to read the files, and have a copy of the same directory and files on my harddrive. Somehow some of the files were saved in the alternate location even though I wasn't accessing them from there.

anyway enjoy
