if you find, keep quiet and sell it off very slowly all around the world to a million different people

And so more heritage gets lost.

because the SA government cannot afford to fight the cases in the courts to get the treasure back.

And that's why if you did find the Kruger millions you'd get to keep them because you would be able to afford the best of the best lawyers.

So tell us did you get to go detecting this weekend and did you find anything good? As for the Kruger millions I'll always keep an eye out for it as you never know, but in my opinion it dose not exist and if it dose it's probably scattered all over the place so not one treasure but many smaller ones.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

The Modern Government Don't much care who it belonged to or where it came from.

Look at what just happened here in the Courts with the Silver being returned to the Robbers in Spain.

Shocked one of these days car jacking will be legal if they continue like that. On what ground did they decide that the robbers should get the silver?

Huh?     They gave all the Silver Recovered back.   Didn't even let them keep Reovery Cost.

The treasure laws are not always fair  No no! The good part especially in the UK is that if you find treasure on a persons farm,it will go before the courts and if it is not bought by a museum or something, then it will get returned to the finder who can then split with the land owner.... If it is sold to a museum for the value of the treasure, the money you make, you split with the land owner.... That is what should happen in SA, but the government would take it from you  No no!
