I would really like to see him come up with the goods coz it's great to see someone on the winning end of life. and the amount of effort he's made he deserves it,

History fact is that the spaniards were in North America before England people....

Saint Agustine town founded in 1565 in Florida. Saint Augustine was found by the spaniards many decades before than Plymouth in North America.  Also, Leif Erikson ( a viking) established a town previously than the spaniards in North America.

Thats is cool. That is evidence the ancestors liked adventure and were curious and intelligent people.   Cool Wink

Probably the cross in the stone was performed by the spaniards, frenchmen or portuguese people in the 16 century or before.

We know all that most of us have researched the Conquistador for years and know more about them then we can ever use.

The point is that some folks have let their over active imagination over rule common sense and logic. Drawing lines on a rock trying to imagine a sign to treasure is just nonsense. If the Spanish left signs it was to camp sites or water holes and they were easy to find and read not small rocks left on a million sq. miles in hopes someone finds it

Yes!  I agree.    But color change allowed me to see the marks a bit better.

Imagination?  Could be.  I just wanted to post what I think could be there.

I have little to None Respect for Treasure Signs.

It could be a Pictograph !

Nothing to do with Treasure, but something that was significant in there life.

Yes,probably it could be only a pictogram. But the book that he is writing could be an interesting one. Something like a northamerican Davinci Code and Henry Sinclairs Templars.  Wink

Thanks for your courtesy and support. While in Santa Fe on Beale research a little over a year ago, I took a side trip to the Petroglyph National Monument west of Albequerque. I was amazed at the drawings and saddened by the vandalism of some. I bought a book there entitled A field guide to Rock Art Symbols of the Greater Southwest by Alex Patterson which is an excellent summary of rock art with drawings and explanations. Taking a look at this book may be helpful if the markings on the rock are Indian migration markings. Larry
