In the woods I would have to say pull tabs, but on the beach it has to be bottle caps.  I keep the bottle caps and when I have enough, I glue them to boards in the words "PLEASE DON'T LITTER". lol   Shawn

I'd have to say pulltabs, mainly in the parks.

Both with a slight edge to bottle caps. I have never understood why people flick off the pull tab that was engineered to allow opening of an aluminum can without having to remove the tab and discard it. Must have taken thousands of hours to engineer and some yahoo breaks it off.

Thousands of years from now, archaeologists are going to ponder their use. No doubt about it.

Beach hunter : both. Same as above : just don't understand why pulltabs are ripped off the can. Sad Angry

We should launch a new hobby : collecting bottlecaps ( like they do for champagne over here), so as a vast majority of people should want them so much !  Grin

I think we should all get with PETA and Al Gore and have them help us make the bottling companies put warning labels on cans that say "Removal of the pull tab from this can may cause harm to wildlife and global warming".  lol Shawn Grin
