Goldenboy in post #10 I did suggest you try out the machine for yourself (test it thoroughly at a dealer's, borrow or rent one). That is the ultimate proof, and beats anything positive and negative written about the machine. Whatever anyone or myself writes about the machine, take it as a starting point for you to find out about the Nokta; NOT as the be-all, end-all comprehensive and absolute last word on the machine.
However if all you're willing to do is surf about and read, and will go no further in your research, I'll leave you to your own devices.
