Wow, how disappointing. I've seen so many recommendations for Kellyco, so I decided to buy my new fisher F2 from them. I placed the order yesterday, hoping it would ship out today. Upon checking my account, I see the item is "back-ordered, we'll ship it out when we get it". I cancelled the order as I had no idea when I would get my F2. I figured buying it on E-bay was my next option. Since I paid Kellyco with paypal, I have to wait to get my money refunded back to paypal, before I can order from e-bay!! They should not sell you an item that is not in stock, thereby giving the customer the option of buying somewhere that has the item IN STOCK. Is there a reason Kellyco cannot tell you that the item is out of stock or back-ordered, BEFORE you purchase it? I've been buying online for over ten years and have never seen something like this. Would this piss anyone else off? Sorry Kelly, that's just bad business  Sad

i have the same issue with my computer i just bought because the one i had went out on me.  i need the computer ASAP for research as well as for school, so i bought it and have to wait a couple weeks eventhough i have paid for the second business day shipping.  when i try to track where it is it says that it is being built....i bought the standard one.....one that does not require anything to be changed or upgraded, and i am very very frustrated with the service.  had i known that it would take this long i would have bought it in the city.  very very frustrating

Its nice somebody understands. Well the real bummer is it's 3-5 days til I get my paypal refunded, so I cant order anywhere else til I get my $$ back. I just had this money earmarked for the F2, so I'm not breaking out anymore bucks or credit cards. Kellyco has plenty of items that state 'out of stock' Not so with the fisher F2. It's still on the website as if they have them in stock! Poor business ethics!!

That is very nice of you Smiley. I was just a little surprised that there was no indication that it was not in stock. I saw other items that had "pre-order only" or "sold out". Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it. I'm sure I'll be needing something from Kellyco in the future!

Most companies that have backorder issues post it on the purchasing page, stating that such item is backordered. I haven't done business with a company that doesn't let you know before you purchase.
