i tried tl062,tl072, tl082 the best is tl082 in performance. as dp is in ic sockets try to replace all tl062 with tl082 and compare the result by performance.

so, danny475 you have now an idea regarding dp , 062 for forest area,072 for highly miniralized soil and 082 for noisy area. try it, it has big difference. one day design will comes out with modular changeable and plug in op amps 062,072,082 in smt board like memory module.

I JUST NOTICED THE CONNECTION OF THIS 4538 IC'S IT SEEMS THERE ARE ALOT OF DIFFERENCE FROM THE SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM, I NEVER BUILT THIS ONE YET BUT IM PLANNING, I AM STILL TAKING TIME TO VERIFY ALL CONNECTION AND PROBLEMS OF THIS EXPERIMENTAL MD'S.
I DONT KNOW IF I AM CORRECT WITH WHAT I SEE BUT THATS WHAT'S I CAN SEE NOW THIS TOME AFTER READING THIS ERRORS FROM THE MAKER OF THIS MD AS YOU MENTIONED,
PLEASE VERIFY PIN#8, 10,12 FROM IST 4538 AND THE CONNECTION TO 2ND 4538 PIN#4,5,3 THIS ARE THE ONE I NOTICED I DIDNT CHECK IT ALL I HAVE NO TIME READING AND I DONT READ TOO MUCH MY EYES IS NOT WORKING WELL.
CORRECTION MUST BE DONE FOR PROPER BUILDING.
I MADE IT WRONG WITH WHAT I SAW THEN FORGET IT CONTINUE EXPERIMENTING.

Hi all,
Have you made a video, for example behavior against hotrocks, sea water, high mineralized soils?
What about gold nuggets. Do you have an idea how to make DP gold nuggets detector ?

dp not affected by hotrocks, sea water and highly miniralized soil. the only drewbacks in dp that it can,t discriminate as it is pi md. by the way discri is not necessary. you can use dp for nugget shooting just have a little modification in coil, working freq and decay time, pulsewidth.
