Calling all.... Whaddya want from Chingachguk now??

Very nice... could be Spanish.

Hey tabdog, you know quite a bit about guns I see, well, do you realize, the first guns, on the continent could not shoot as fast as a bow and arrow, just farther and ambush had the upper hand!

You could always get back a percentage of spent arrows, too... thats better than the muzzle loaders could usually do!

Hey, just thought I would throw that in there.

Im uploading some pictures of my new-old gold hunting machine, my new home away from home. Its a 1977 Dodge with only 12,500 (aprox) REAL kilometers, and its like new!

Later....

Brian AKA goldigger.

Yes, youre right Bryan.

Tha early settlers had is rough.
It took a lot of white folks ta run
them off, and later gather them up.

I agree about tha Spanish possibility.
I looked up several metal arrowheads.
The Indian ones all seemed to have a
different than that.

I love yur home away from home.

That looks awsome.

Thanks fer sharin,

Tabdog

Tabdog;

NOBODY would believe what I paid for it so I never said: $2000, worth every penny!

Now I can hunt gold, arrow heads, glass, coins, rocks, anything! I have to find a way to secure my metal locators, gold pans, and shot gun (defender.)

Hello Outback,
If I may ask, generally-speaking; where in northern Ontario did your mother find the white object in your picture? I ask because there were reports of Viking items found near Beardmore in the 1930s. I for one believe the Vikings made it as far as Northern Ontario. I am also a former resident of Hamilton, Stony Creek and Fruitland in the 1970s. I remember one radio news story that reported that a man was travelling around the the Golden Horseshoe from Burlington to Rochester searching for Viking relics. There were many news articles written on the subject. I believe most of the items were found from the Grimsby to St. Catherines area, but my memory fails me on this. A few years ago I had the pleasure of talking with Michael Bradley "Holy Grail Across the Atlantic" "The Secret History of Canadian Discovery and Exploration" on the phone and exchaning e-mails. He was the one who reminded me of these newsarticles. I would imagine they can be found in the Buffalo and Rochester newspaper archives. Mr. Bradley also reminded me of the irony that the village of Vinland is in the center of his search area and  perhaps inspired the searchers quest.

i have a buddy here in utah that would hike around checking out ant hills and kicking them over.  that is where he got a lot of his shark teeth, and arrowhead collections was from just doing that.

there is a lot that the so called 'expert' don't want you to know.  The Spanish looted central and south america between 1503 and 1660.  They traded a lot of metal [knives, axes, lance and arrow points] and glass [beads] for gold.  And at the same time there was a 4 lane trading highway all the way into the lower States.  It had been there for 5000 years.  There has been found Inca pottery, Mayan tools, Olmac green stone figures and the like all over the southwest  You'll not hear that from the experts as it screws up their time lines and raises queations they can't answer.  At any rate, the lance point in the photo looks like its Spanish...could have been traded or won in battle.  There is alot more to this story.

Because they don't want this information out....screws everything up.
