Hello Obie1,

Welcome. I am in South-Eastern Michigan.

I have been a member here since April of this year and find lot's of great advice and information here.  Based on what I have been reading / researching  since starting in this avocation I expect to find the "goods" whether a site has been hunted in the past or not.  As BA indicated I think doing your homework is key to having success.
