Hello, Shelton and welcome.

Are these the so-called "White Dove" bonds?  If so, I know that real ones can be very valuable, but the market is really rife with fakes.  If you have one, a picture would help.

Hello,
There all types:  Red, White --- the list goes on.  And, yes, there is so much fraud out there.   We only deal with registered instruments that are certified.  And, we are not allowed to send copies of instruments over internet.  We have buyers and sellers.  We also have some that take proceeds into trade.

Nonsense. What is the statute that says you can't send copies over the Internet?
