Since I bought my MXT, been kind of slow with those big finds laughing. Got me a couple extra coils coming to help with this high iron I been getting. 86+ in some of the places I've been practicing on. Ordered a whites 10" DD and a Eclipse DD (6x10) Search Coil. Anxious to try them out. They should be here Monday. I found an old house off Kingston pike and Lovell Rd that really looked good. Grown up and some construction fixing to take place, so I thought I would ask to use my detector there and got my first, but I am sure not my last NO! I knew it was probably going to be like that around Campbell Station, but worth a try. We got a farm to go to in Kyles Ford TN that is family, so no problems there for hunting. Highway 33 runs through the middle of it and a lot of things happened in that area during the Civil War I understand. There is an 1860 two story farm house rotting away on it. I am sure the detectors have been over it, but with these new coils, maybe I can locate something they left behind.Wish me luck!!
