Vaquero and Silver uMax user here.   My Vaquero is the best relic machine I have ever used.   The Silver uMax is very dependable in parks and playgrounds.   Tesoro rocks!  Detecting

I bought a Sand Shark & Compadre last year.  I've got about four hours on the Shark and one hour on the Compadre.  Like them both so far, but need more time with them to say much.

I have a silver umax.Just got it a couple weeks ago but being in the great northeast all the snow is leaving me to do a lot of bench testing.I must say she really likes the silver,I'm hoping for the same performance once I can get her outdoors. Detecting

using a tesoro vaquero after using a minelab xterra was little difficult, because multitones gives you a false idea of easy discrimination...BUT is not true...is better to discriminate using your brain than giving the chance to the detector to think for you...specially if you are looking deeper! shallow signals are perfect for TID and multitone...but in the deeps is better a monotonal simple and powerfull machine like tesoro vaquero or tejon...
