More folks have been killed in the name of Religion then any other wars.

These folks are the TOP of the TOP of Not Right in the Head.

I lived with them in two countries and know them.

Some places they will kill you just for a simple gesture.

I want nothing to do with them, No How , No Way.

I keep hearing how Muslims are Peace full and Kind.  LOL! 

When I was 5 years old I seen them Hang a USAF Airman for holding hands with a Local Girl.  They Stoned her to death.

While in Turkey, I seen a guys hand Cut off in a Casbar (Flea Market) for stealing a loaf of bread.

These folks don't act or think any thing like we do.

Well, we musn't forget that most religions will offer a very limited point of view on the world but rather creative means of punishment. In the end it is just what people make out of it. It can be the loving Jesus or angry and massmurdering god of the old testament. Too many people religion serves as justification for the bad doings ... and if there is no religion to blame poeple still can do bad things like Stalin or Hitler did.

It's a shame that mankind doesn't get any peacefuller and wiser.

Thanks, Christian.   Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Che, Pol Pot etc certainly proved the religious have no corner on the market when it comes to the killing of "innocents".  And I will avoid involving myself in a discussion of the history of Moslem/Christian relations especially as pertains to the events between 632 and 1096 or between 1272 and 2001.

Evil is evil no matter how it clothes itself and the just should feel no shame at rejoicing when evil is defeated.

Ah, but when does it become evil?  When people are accepting and tolerant of other people's traditions, or when it degrades into mass murder of anybody who doesn't agree with them?

Don't get me wrong, I do think Osama was evil, and I think he stirred up a whole lot of other people to be evil in his quest.  In the world opinion though, expecially in the Muslam community, it appears that the US just burst in and executed the man.  I'm sure there are a lot of Muslims that think it was a good idea, just as I'm sure that there are a lot of Christians that think it was wrong... but on the whole I think it was handled in the wrong way... exactly opposite of the way that would appease as many people as possible on both sides.  Capture him and give him a fair trial.

For the record, I'm neither Christian nor Muslim... so I don't side with either one.  I just watch the way things go down, and I don't think this assasination was helpful to mending relations in the world.
