I used a piano hinge to connect my lower box to the bellows.I don't know how to post pictures on this site but I could email you some pictures if that would help.

What did you use as the bottom and how did you attach the bellow to the aluminum. That is my brain stoppage. I cn see the upper bellows box, the riffle tray and seal. It is the very bottom that has me stumped. Should be a flat piece or a tray like box. The connection point I can see the piano hinge, I just cant see it's design in my head yet to put it on paper.

There is a guy on the GPAA forum who is selling folding drywashers.He has some great pictures of how the bellows are made.

Thats I'll take a look. Have not checked there yet today. My kids bought me a blue-ray player for Christmas so now I drive my wife crazy watching Youtube prospecting videos on the big screen TV. I love it.
