Well, nothing really wrong with visiting an older thread especially if it interest you enough to post a reply.

Maybe he'll get an reply message and end up revisiting T'Hunting.com and that would be a good thing. Upstate NY lake diving is cold and the thermal-clines are brutal. Usually visibility isn't as good as the poster got, but I haven't dove Seneca lake yet. Lake George isn't bad mid summer in calm sunny weather, and has some Colonial era wrecks as well as some Dugout Canoes when one gets lucky.
