Hi everyone,what a nasty bug day we had today,they were digging right through all the protection. We went back to our Ghost Town today and are still pinpointing where all the buildings were. I believe to be right on top of the RR depot. I guess we will find out sooner or later.This is what we pulled today the Knife was about 18" down. other side missing too bad going to clean it up anyway.

Nice finds, that knife is in great shape, around here all I find is rusted remains of the older ones lol. I enjoy finding relics as much as silver and gold. I like trying to figure out what they were used for and the time period used.I have buckets full of relics that I dont know what to do with. Oh well, someone will want them one day.   Detecting

Thanks, I know what ya mean about buckets of relics, my garage is filling up and my
 wife keeps making me move them around. Like you said someone someday will want them.

Thanks ArfieBoy,each day we go back in we are finding a little more than just iron.there was a train station, two hotels and a postoffice here and housing,now its just like jungle. we will be here a long time.
