I need no alarm. I'm up at 3:00am every day like clockwork. Best time of the day - cold or warm. Have had my second cup of coffee by 4:00am and about 1/3 of my daily work completed.

That'll help. I'm in bed by 9:00pm as a rule. There's another benefit to getting up before the birds are up. The phone doesn't ring at all. Plus, I can still conduct business in Perth during office hours.
