Isn't the Indian Head penny a lovely coin? The feel of it in your hand is almost silky. It feels like money ought to feel!

Congratulations and if I haven't already said so, Welcome Aboard!

Yes indeed! Indian Heads are one of my favorite designs! And the older coins do have a good feel to them. My all time favorite design is the shield nickel I'd love to find or acquire one of the shield nickels with the rays between the stars, think they only made those for one or a few years as I was told they stopped the ray design cause it ressemled the confederate flag. Not sure if that's true or not but love the shield nickles. And thank you GoldDigger1950!

HAHA Yep i love my Safari. Have to say though figured my Coiltec W.O.T would own the ground on it but it my least liked out of my larger coils. As the bolt holes won't allow the stock Minelab bolt  to go through, had to buy a smaller diameter vynyl bolt and nut to use it and the ears on the coil are tapered out so it doesn't even have a full surface connection.... go figure coil and machine are both Aussie yet don't work so well together

I know but it's worth the laugh. Just like you marrying me. When you got here, I'd knock you over the head and take my new detector.

See what I mean? LoL
