You need a O-SCOPE AND check all Op Amps   .    How did you set up the Discrim Circuit?   The phase is most important.

The TGLS is one of the most documented projects on the Geotech forum.
You need to get all the info and go through step by step.
First make sure you got an error free PCB.
Then you got all the right components, with the right orientation on the board and the right value for the PCB version you are using
Pay extra attention to the coil. I have been reading about the project and most of the people they have/had problems it’s because of the coil.
If the coil it’s not right the oscillator it’s NOT working.
And please take your time. Most likely the error its sticks out but you can’t see it.
Good Luck

Yes that’s a good looking PCB.
But unfortunately for you the detector it doesn’t work.
Unless you have an oscilloscope to fault find it, as homefire suggested you need to use the process of elimination.
Perhaps you put an extra track or short or you are missing one. Perhaps a diode its back to front or a transistor it’s on the wrong orientation.
And if you spent a lot of time looking at it YOU CAN’T SEE THE error any more.
For example the schematics you post are not from the TGSL as the title of the post say, but from the TGS.
I know it’s boring and you think you have done it before, BUT pick up one task at the time, starting with the PCB. When you are 100% sure that correct, have a cup of coffee and a brake. Then go to the next step.
As I said this is the most documented project. It work.
Good luck

Hello . I will look for a higher resolution schematic .

Please check all your potentiometer connections , that they are in the correct order . Check that the search coil is good .
