Read the book of Seagraves and about the Japanese notes, or if not go to the library of Congress, there is a room full of archives about Federal notes/bonds. CapM, you don't need to explain about those things, let them do the research...

The Seagraves book is a book of fiction not a word of truth

library of Congress, there is a room full of archives about Federal notes/bonds
Yes there is and in the whole place there is no reference to any FRB being sent to the Philippines. Its a scam pure and simple, and its boring please take it to the Philippine board were you can scam each other.

Why not go the the Federal Reserve website...where not only do they warn about the frauds/scams originating out of the Philippines...they also have pictures of the same fraudulent bonds you guys are so boldly defending

twenty five (25) percent to the Permit Holder.

b) For Treasure Hunting in Private Lands - Thirty (30) percent to the Government and seventy (70)
percent (70) percent to be shared by the Permit Holder and the Landowner.

c) For Shipwrecks/Sunken Vessel Recovery - Fifty (50) percent to the Government and fifty (50)

So....what does all this have to do with the fraudulent bonds posted in the beginning of the thread? Are you somehow implying the Philippine Government classifies this scam/fraud/hoop-te-doo with the bonds and notes as treasure?
