I just got a "Treasure Scope Raven" LRL. What did I find inside?

Carl, in my years of field usage, and application of Gizmo's, Gadgets, and Black box technologies to Treasure hunting, I've learned that whatever componnents that are used, or not used, is irrevelant to whether the device is usable in the field, or not.

The  important consumer question I would ask is,  how well does the "Raven" work in field comparison tests with other products, and other methods?

Below is a photo of LRL & FD devices that TA team members and myself,  field tested and compared one against the other for a month on a single Treasure project. We have field tested and learned what works best,  and what does not work, through actual  field experience.  Dell

Carl,
Since you think you know what an LRL shouldn't be you must know what an LRL should be.  It's easy to be a critic.  But, how about describing the innards of a machine that meets your demands of a successful treasure hunting long range device? Please don't keep your secret any longer by tantalizing us about the private knowledge that you must have to be a critic of everyone else. You could at least give a few hints. Is your invention based on the "free" device you promised some time ago?  We could meet in Quartzite and test your LRL on the desert by trying to find some silver dollars like we did in the past.  That was fun.  Remember how Bill freely told of his ideas and everyone politely listened at breakfast at the Stagecoach Inn?  You could do the same with your ideas. I recall that one of the participant really liked your "free" device.  My guess is that you have further developed it and use the Carlocator to find big treasure and you don't want anyone else to know your secrets.  I can't blame you for that.  Still, I would love to know how your device works and see a picture of the inside of your black box.

AM reciever? Huh?

Can you be more detailed?
What did the unit demodulate?
What frequency was it set on?

I'm just wondering why it had a AM reciver in it. I'm not being fuuny just asking.

It's the guts from a little pocket-type AM radio. Probably one of those $10 "Flavoradios" that Radio Shack used to sell.

AM radio signals.

The LRL's "Frequency Select" knob controls the radio's tuner, so you can set it to whatever frequency you want. I plugged in my headphones, and tuned into radio stations all over the AM band.

Basically, Jim is selling an AM radio for $1600, and calling it an LRL. Is that funny or what?

Hiya Dan,

Seems like just yesterday you were asking the same, pointless questions. But things have changed a little since then. I have a $25,000 prize for anyone who can successfully demonstrate an LRL under scientific test conditions. I will even throw in a 10-ounce bar of solid gold.

So... do you know of any LRL that is capable of detecting gold? Just one? If you do, you are welcomed to take my challenge, and see if you can make that LRL work while I am watching.

I eagerly await your acceptance.

Regards,
Carl

Carl,
What do you mean by pointless questions?  Who are they pointless to?  You didn't even try to answer what I asked, and in a nice way too.  Let's forget about your challenge and concentrate on you explaining how an LRL should work.  By the way, I noticed you have upped the anty from ten thousand to twenty-five thousand.  You must be getting rich on the Carlocator to offer this kind of money.  Come on now,  what should an LRL look like?  You offer plenty of of information of what is wrong with various units but don't offer anything positive.  Don't tell me you are simply a vocal antagonistic critic.  When we met in person you were a perfect gentleman.  Now you accuse me of pointless questions.  You can do better than that. Please describe a good LRL.

A. It won't utilyze a dowsing response.
B. It works in a double-blind test.

Now, your turn...

Do you know of any LRL that is capable of detecting gold? Just one? Eh?
