John i don't think there is a bullet proof vest that could stop it.

I think that beast would stuff 1/2" Plate, It went through that Gel and bent the steel plate behind it,

And truthfully i think it would crack and penetrate a one inch plate.  That's my quess.
Small arms fire can crack 1/2" plates if your close enough.
