I cant contact them because they have moved and I have tried to track them across 3 States, so It's just not worth the effort.

You don't need to track anyone down. You have a meeting of a new committee with members who you trust. You can do all this by Skype or snail mail even.

In your minutes, you votefor those officers and ask the bank for new signature cards for you and your treasurer. Organizations are not like individuals where both people have to be present.

I guess you missed the part.where he said no one was left. And he couldn't track down old members either.
