 Hello
I got one of these old units also, but never could find instructions online.  Is it worth dealing with.  I had bought a bounty hunter for $250 a fews years ago.  It was not long before it was not working.  I have done some research where alot of people said the digital detectors were not worth having and you could get much more out of a multi control machine like the garrett detectors.  What do you think.

Bounty Hunters are good beginner detectors but most folks will upgrade to a Garrett,Whites, Fisher,Tesoro in time.

I just got an old Garrett ADS, it was not working. I took it to the electronics pro. Should have it back in a couple of days. Yeah

Just got the Groundhog outside in the yard. My first 4 digs uncovered two shredded pieces of beer can and two cut pieces of Aluminum Siding.  At least they were all found about five inches down.  Cannot discriminate between Aluminum trash and treasure.  I will try the beach on Sunday with the girls Kiss.   Detecting

give yourself some time and some practice digging every signal and you should have your ear and brain trained before too long.
